Remove java dependencies from schema.json

• Remove explicit Java dependencies from schema.json. Refs Implement a code migration removing Pulumi SDK dependencies from resources.go upgrade-provider#300.
• Bump pu/pu to v3.143 to pick up Apply default dependencies when called from Pulumi CLI pulumi-java#1501 via Upgrade pulumi-java to v0.19.0 pulumi#18014.

Edit: this will need to wait for the next CLI release which defaults to 0.19.
