Add support for Ubuntu 24.04

This adds the same settings for Debian 12.
While Ubuntu has v21 of openjdk available it uses
the more conservative v17

Summary

Add Ubuntu 24.04 to the metadata
Use the setting for Debain 12 for Ubuntu 24.04 as well.
