This PR works as far as LLEMU goes, I'm going to test it and see if this fixes the issues the beta testers experienced |

Do we still want to update this? We found the fix for the beta issues in the other PR. |

Overview
This PR updates LVGL to 8.3.6. We're hoping this fixes the half-white screens the code that the closed-beta testers are experiencing
