I optimized the test class cv_search_spech.rb a bit and replaced the sleep statements. All I did was some refactoring. I would wait until PR #1145 is merged because it includes a lot of changes to the CV search, and we may have already fixed a few flaky tests.

ToDos

• Rebase if Add Section-Specific Dropdown to CV Search #1145 is merged
• Look after rebase if test are still flaky
• If flaky, fix the tests.

Open Questions / Risks (if any

• I would also test locally with IS_CI=true or HEADLESS=true to run the tests headlessly.
