Bump the gh-aw engine pin to 0.34.0

gh-aw/pydantic.md on the default branch still pins engine.version: 0.33.0, and 0.34.0 is now released.

gh-aw compiles that file from the default branch, so a pull request bumping engine.version to 0.34.0 is what ships the new pin: consumers pick it up on their next recompile.

Lint refuses a pin PyPI does not serve, so that pull request goes green once 0.34.0 is on PyPI.

Valid and actionable: the repo's own gh-aw-engine-pin-reminder automation filed this, and every claim was verified this run — main @ 03d0243 pins engine 0.33.0 at gh-aw/pydantic.md L30–32 while v0.34.0 is tagged at HEAD and served on PyPI, and the --published lint gate already exits 0 against a 0.34.0 pin. The bump PR is the documented closure of the differ-state (gh-aw/README.md L376–380) and matches four merged one-line precedents (#839/#864/#957/#1020) exactly. No open PR touches the pin (#1035 verified at diff level). Route to implementation as a dedicated one-line PR.

Why it matters: gh-aw compiles gh-aw/pydantic.md from the default branch on every consumer recompile, so until this merges every recompiling consumer runs engine 0.33.0 while 0.34.0 is published — the bump converts a released version into a delivered one. Pin currency is deliberately handled by the reminder-plus-bump loop and "not by CI" (the --published gate checks existence only), so this issue is the sole closure path; leaving it open leaves the delivered engine permanently stale with no self-correction.

Reproduction: main @ 03d0243 pins engine 0.33.0 at gh-aw/pydantic.md L30–32 (blame: commit a443fec, PR #1020 — directly confirming that precedent merged); PyPI serves 0.34.0 as latest and tag v0.34.0 sits at main HEAD; the repo's --published gate exits 0 against a 0.34.0 pin (playground 4Kua_MRH). Contract: gh-aw/README.md L376–380 documents the differ-trigger reminder and the bump PR as the prescribed closure, with currency deliberately "not by CI" (--published checks existence only); tests/gh_aw/test_engine_definition.py asserts nothing about engine.version (18 passed / 1 skipped this run). History: four consecutive reminder cycles each closed by exactly one dedicated one-line bump PR (#839 maintainer-authored, #864, #957, #1020), none declined or deferred; default-branch hosting — which makes a merge ship the pin — was the explicit dsfaccini/DouweM decision in PR #708.
