This PR adds three new external example links in the "Bioengineering/SynBio projects where you can apply pydna" section of the example gallery.

The added notebooks break down typical synthetic biology problems and provide ideas for workflows where pydna can be applied as part of the design and analysis process.

The new examples include:

  • Primer-directed mutagenesis
  • Investigating plastic-degrading enzymes
  • Promoter library design in S. cerevisiae

These examples are meant to inspire users by showing real-world problem setups where pydna could support design, assembly, or analysis.

@BjornFJohansson I would say, let's wait for the big PR to be resolved before merging anything else to avoid more rebasing and so
