Clicking on the PyCon India logo does nothing. The logo should redirect users to the homepage.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
The PyCon India logo is now wrapped inside an anchor () tag that links to the homepage (https://in.pycon.org/2025/). When clicked, it correctly redirects users to the home page.
The fix ensures consistency with the navigation structure.
No breaking changes introduced.
