Honestly I just want to distinguish some messages that are slightly more important than others, is there a better way to do this? Color gets messed up in raw logs in CI which is frustrating
I think emojis would have done just as well tbh
also makes the dryrun write to a file so you can see the output, and a line about how many status changes there are
