Enable CONFIG_ATH10K_DEBUG for Qualcomm arm64 platforms to match the ath10k debug configuration carried by qcom-6.18.y PR #888. ATH10K_DEBUGFS, ATH10K_TRACING, and DEV_COREDUMP are already enabled. Signed-off-by: Linghui Wu <linghui.wu@oss.qualcomm.com>

Backport the ath10k changes used by QLI 2.0 for the Shikra platform to
resolute-qcom-devel.Changes
CONFIG_ATH10K_DEBUGfor arm64.CONFIG_ATH10K_DEBUGFS,CONFIG_ATH10K_TRACING, andCONFIG_DEV_COREDUMPare already enabled.Validation
Validated on the QLI mainline and QLI.2.0
