Revamp tutorial section to have a single end-end tutorial

Description

This PR revamps the tutorial section

• Single end-end tutorial with 5 pages
• Move other tutorials to samples
• Move other redundant tutorial content to a shared folder for now and delete later

Feedback on part one and two. Can you reorder so it goes Install → Resource Types → Recipes → Environments → Applications. Then I will review part three through five.
