Fixed : issue #29

Description:

Introduce a floating " Back to Top" button that appears at the bottom-right corner once the user scrolls down a certain distance (e.g., 300px). When clicked, it smoothly scrolls the page to the top.

Why It Works:

Improves navigation, especially on longer pages or templates.
Enhances user experience by saving time and effort in scrolling manually.
A common and expected feature in modern web interfaces.
Keeps the interface clean - the button only appears when needed.
