Upstream-Risk: none
Summary
Reviewed all three PRs in bundle order against current ROSS main. None is eligible for automatic implementation; no patch is returned.
Capability classifications
word-client-tool-loop— ROSS has no Word add-in runtime. The capability requires a new bidirectional client-tool protocol and document-write trust boundary, exceeding low-risk sync scope.httponly-cookie-auth— Metadata-only evidence describes a broad authentication rewrite spanning cookies, MFA, schemas, migrations, Supabase, dependencies, deployment, and runtime controls. It requires human security and architecture judgment.empty-completion-feedback— Visible feedback for empty model completions is useful, but ROSS lacks the upstream route integration harness. The change also alters the streamed API completion contract, so it cannot be automatically applied without focused evaluation.Safety
This is a state-only synchronization pull request. Mike Sync v2 applies at most one low-risk implementation candidate per branch. Exact-head Baseline, bounded repair, review, draft, mergeability, and release controls remain authoritative.
