chore(deps): bump ranui to 0.2.0-alpha.4

Vendored ran-tokens.css / ranui-iife / ran-fonts are byte-identical after the
rebuild — this release doesn't touch the token layer, the consumed component
IIFEs or the font bundle. Lint + 240 unit tests green.
