Dependabot alerts #39 and #40, one advisory: @vitest/mocker's redirect mock allowed an arbitrary file read (GHSA, medium) in >= 2.1.0 < 4.1.11. Dev dependency only -- it never reaches a published artifact -- but the lockfile is what the alert reads, so the fix is the bump. 3411 unit tests pass on 4.1.11.
