When you add tests that are expected to fail, you should list them in

https://github.com/reach-sh/reach-lang/blob/master/hs/test/Reach/Test_Compiler.hs#L110

And you can use

https://github.com/reach-sh/reach-lang/blob/master/scripts/gen-test-output.sh

to generate the txt output
