This PR enhances the “Render and Commit” documentation by:

Refining analogies (e.g., React as a waiter, components as cooks) to make rendering concepts more intuitive

Rephrasing key sentences for better readability and flow

Improving structure to clearly separate initial render, re-renders, and commit phases

Adding helpful inline explanations and best practices (e.g., pure rendering, performance tips)

These changes aim to make the guide easier for beginners to grasp and more valuable for advanced users who want to solidify their mental model of React's lifecycle.
