In Reader we are having people complaining that when they tap near the status bar the view they are seeing scrolls to the top. In a
VieworScrollViewcomponent we can just doscrollToTop: falselike here but aWebViewcomponent doesn't support it. This PR adds it.Also, i did
yarn buildafter my changes and it added some other changes because i guess someone didn't doyarn buildbefore. Do i really need to do it tho? I did it becaus the Readme said that.
