Fitness card overlap fix
File: Aurleaf/Frontend/src/Component/Ayufit/Fitness.tsx
Changes:
Added relative isolate to the grid container to prevent stacking overlap.
Removed hover scale on cards; kept a subtle lift with hover:-translate-y-3.
Added hover:z-10 on cards so the hovered card stacks above neighbors without shifting layout.
Reduced transition to transition-transform duration-500 for smoother interactions.
