There's still lots of TODOs in this PR, but this is the minimum amount of work we need to get DynamoDB working. It passes the RestoreIntegrationTest and the EOSIntegrationTest, so I'm pretty confident the implementation works :)
Next up is fixing up the TODOs, running some preliminary performance testing, and also adding a bunch of tests. Either way, I figured it's good to get this incremental step in.
NOTE: a significant limitation is that this only works right now with local dynamodb instances 😆 there's no way to configure the credentials you need to connect to a real dynamodb instance.
