Allow to export currently displayed scene to osg scene file

Adds push button below QPropertyBrowserWidget that opens a file dialog to select a file to store scene to.

I do like the functionality but there are two issues

• the file dialog you have chosen is only for selecting existing files
• the push button is consuming considerable space --> could you place it in a main menu?
