Added install instructions with a link to Homebrew package source.

README.md needs some clarifications.

Provides a shell-like test environment that is very nicely tuned for testing Go CLI commands.

I don't think testscript provides shell. -h help doesn't mention anything like that.

@rogpeppe does it sound good to provide install instructions for testscript?
