重构寮三十集体任务，适配新版寮三十

添加自动领取寮活或组队任务的奖励
寮三十任务类型只保留捐材料任务
修复出现异常时不会自动退出寮三十导致的超时bug
修复若已经提交对应任务导致的无法刷新too many click问题，当无法刷新时直接尝试提交当前任务


          refactor(CollectiveMissions): adopt new version
