Updates documentation to reflect Runpod's new Pod migration feature that replaces the old "zero GPU" message with three user-friendly options: automatic 1-click migration, CPU-only startup, or waiting for GPU availability. Includes technical considerations about new Pod IDs and IP addresses after migration.
