Julia wanted to link to the competition design chapter draft and we didn't have push access to your repository, so we forked rich-context-book-2019 over to the newly-created rich-context-competition org and pushed the changes there, and now I'm sending them to you this way. You can pull them in through this pull request, or we can just figure out how you want to proceed with the repo - not sure if you want to keep the repo under sagepublishing. If so, it would be fine to do so. If we work on our side we can send you updates via pull request, and I'll keep the one in the org up-to-date by pulling periodically from your remote.
