wingetが普及してきたのでchocolatey前提を外す。 標準インストールパス %ProgramFiles%/7-zip/7z.exe に寄せる。 chocolateyはパスを通してくれるが、wingetはパスを通してくれない、の違いがある。 なお、元々のchocolateyパスも誤っていたので修正しておく。
CMakeにCoverageTestを追加し、デバッグビルド時はカバレッジ測定するように変える。
従来実施していなかったpythonスクリプトに対するテスト機構を導入する。
