React Native plugin: Android APK build targets

- Frameworks can declare build targets (react-native: android → .apk)
- Target builds run as background jobs; admin UI polls status
- Build logs and artifacts go to the app's file store
- Targets check requirements (ANDROID_HOME, JAVA_HOME) before building
- Android SDK / Java paths are react-native module settings
- One build per project at a time; a panicked build is marked failed
- Native login: CSRF token sent as a response header, lasting session cookie
- Extra base domains + "Server URL for the mobile app" setting
- Fix: reinstalling a local/bundled module picks up edits
