Description:
This pull request adds a modern, responsive footer section to the feedback page. The footer includes:

• About section describing the feedback hub
• Quick links for navigation
• Contact information and social media icons
• Footer bottom with copyright

The design is mobile-friendly and includes hover effects for links and social icons. This improves user experience and accessibility on both desktop and mobile devices.

Changes Made:

• Added footer section in feedback page HTML
• Added CSS styling for footer layout, colors, and responsiveness
• Included placeholder social icons for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Ensured footer is responsive using flexbox and media queries

Testing Instructions:

1. Open feedback page in browser.
2. Scroll to the bottom to view the footer.
3. Check responsiveness by resizing the window.
4. Hover over links and social icons to verify hover effects.
