Purpose

Gotta switch SDKs since Elasticsearch is no longer on AWS

Tickets

There never was a ticket for this

Feature List

  • Switched Elastic SDK to Opensearch SDK
  • Updated testing and tooling to use Opensearch

Notes (Optional)

Terraform definitions for a lot need to be updated so that bucket is being kicked down the road

coverage: 79.75%. remained the same
when pulling b835d26 on opensearch
into 424b078 on master.

Throwing an update on this - we probably will have to set up all the authentication in AWS for AWS
