There's now an option to include the absolute path in the star file, which is also helpful for importing back into relion. This is passed through to convert31.py as a keyword argument to override creating the relative path, so as not to break the logic using outputDir for making multiple stacks. |

This allows one to make a folder called Particles2, for example, so that relion can import multiple of them from symbolic links in the project folder.
