I've added a wrapper for SCIPgetSolVals, as a more efficient way of reading of lots of variables (in my use-case i was having the problem of reading of solutions taking longer than actually solving).
I'm unsure if I need to commit other files than this? I have it building and working on my side, but tell me if you need more from me (I'm not very used to working with C/C++)
Oh and thanks for the work on this library :)
