This PR will enable multiversion for
scylla-3.7.2.xandscylla-3.10.2.x. It also adds instructions to generate docs for new versions.It's not strictly necessary to backport the changes to the branches
scylla-3.7.2.xandscylla-3.10.2.x. The filedocs/source/conf.pyfrom the branchscylla-3.xis considered now the default configuration file where all versions are listed. However, it's advisable to apply the changes done in the CHANGELOG file to the branchscylla-3.10.2.xto have the correct header hierarchy.
