Migration notes

This release renames public model types. The HTTP API is unchanged — same
endpoints, same request and response payloads. Only the generated type names
move, so the fix is a find-and-replace.

Ten types were previously named after internal backend namespaces because the
SDK config pinned them to auto-generated names. They now have chosen names.

Campaign responses

The API renamed its campaign response schemas, which had left the previous
release returning a separate anonymous type from each campaign method. They
share one model again.

If you do not reference any of the renamed types directly, upgrading needs no
changes.
