Experimental version for second contactor

Experimental version built on 1.4.4 to test new functions when a second contactor (C2) is built in into SmartEVSE. For details, including the MUST-READ wiring instructions!!! read the included README.md.

Special attention is asked for testing the new routine that detects the phases through which SmartEVSE is charging. This detection is done everytime you start a charging session. You can see the detected phases at the webinterface (at the Phase Details box a little star is printed behind the phase current that is believed to be charging); also the detection probabilities are printed at the start of the charging session when you telnet to your SmartEVSE.
