This PR fixes a crash that's happening in Android 9.
Some intent extras are being stripped and replaced with
android.remoteInputDraftwhen the pending notification contains a draft. This might be a quirk of Android 9. As a bit of a workaround, the missing address was added as query param in the intent's data.Android9_notif.mov
