Summary
Release cephlens 0.1.6 with trace coverage reporting and configurable live and report aggregation windows.
The TUI now waits for a 100x32 terminal before starting remote monitoring, and the flow view presents each observed operation as a directional OSD to PG to object path. Trace capture writes are kept intact under concurrent sources, and diagnostic wording distinguishes observations from causal attribution.
