Alternate Character Encodings (base 58, int, nato phonetic), Remove Dependency, General Cleanup

Future feature requests:

• Add version byte for alternate character encodings (so that share Support base58 encoding for shamir shares #1 doesn't start with a 2)
• Add checksum
