Adds a curated AGENTS.md file to give AI agents the proper context for focused, informed and targeted changes to the repo.
Totally up to you as a maintainer of the repo.
I'm using AI more and more in my coding, as are more and more programmers (inevitably), and a proper, shared, tracked AGENTS.md is, as far as I am concerned, both better than none, and better than one made up on the spot locally by each contributor when pulling the repo and using an agent. This AGENTS.md has been iterated on for the whole duration of me working on the repo.
