When running mix deps.get using Hex 1.0.1, it makes the following updates to mix.lock.

When running
mix deps.getusing Hex 1.0.1, mix makes the following updates to mix.lock. These changes will make it so people who are running more recent versions of elixir don't get changes to the mix.lock file when developing on this project locally and installing the dependencies.
