IDP-1751 Update login page theme primary color for SIL Staff IdP

Thanks for going to the extra effort to generate a new color scheme file. Could you document the process please? Did you just copy and modify, or was there some kind of theme generation tool that you found?

@briskt Yes, all I did was copy the the indigo file and perform a Find and Replace on the colors that needed updating. Then I changed the filename. Once this is merged in, I'll have to update/add a variable in AWS Parameter Store to reference the new style file.
