Classic therapist bot, for your tweeting pleasure. I wanted it to use the Clever API but apparently they've shut it down/changed it. So it's Eliza instead. How does that make you feel?

Not ready to merge yet. Todo:

• Procfile for Heroku deployment
• Setup script to assign bot handle (currently hard coded to silshack).
• Starting up the bot from scratch will produce a lot of duplicate responses. Figure out a way to limit this

Anything else? Sometimes I get a duplicate tweet 403 but I added random suffixes to the responses so that fixed that.
