spring 的默认bean作用范围是singleton。下面这两个类以spring的bean注入的方式加载bean。单实例，使得在线变更邮箱和电话号码时，不能在线更新实例变量的值。因此，没法做到在线更新邮箱和手机号后，能立即生效。
