Changes since IPXWrapper 0.7.1:
- Fix error when loading settings under Windows XP compatibility mode.
- Replace DirectPlay registry files with setup application to work correctly on non-English-language systems.
- Add outgoing packet rate limit options to improve performance of games which otherwise saturate the network.
- Fix receiving of maximum-size datagrams when using Npcap.
