This PR adds support for proto3
optionalfield tags. Recent proto3 specifications now support proto2optionalfield label.It is implemented by making properties
requiredin OpenAPI if corresponding fields were not explicitly marked asoptional.Since this is a breaking change, the feature is disabled by default. To enable, set
strict_proto3_optional=true.PR also as some options parsing cleanups.
