fix(cli): call the app-scoped invocations endpoint - #32

The invocations API is now app-scoped at /apps/{appId}/invocations. Update listInvocations and getInvocationDetail to build the new path and thread appId through the actions invocations command.

The invocations API is now app-scoped at
/v1/apps/{appId}/invocations. This updates the CLI to match:listInvocationsandgetInvocationDetailbuild the app-scoped pathappIdis threaded through theactions invocationscommandWithout it,
canup actions invocationscalls the old/v1/invocationsand gets a 404.
