Test locally:

docker run ... -e "SPLUNK_RESOURCE_LIMITS_SOURCE=container_sok" ... $IMG_ID

Should set the value for resource_limits_source at /opt/splunk/etc/system/local/limits.conf as container_sok

docker run ... $IMG_ID

Should set the value for resource_limits_source at /opt/splunk/etc/system/local/limits.conf as hardware
