I build Citadel: an orchestration and control layer for AI coding agents like Claude Code.

It makes long-running, multi-session, multi-agent work actually reliable. Skills, hooks, verification loops, autonomous operation. I've used it to run 198 agents across 32 parallel sessions on a 668K-line codebase. Not a demo. My actual workflow.

The project is open source and I intend to keep it that way. Sponsorship helps me keep building full time without taking funding that changes what Citadel is.
