I'm Christiano Haesbaert, a Brazilian expat living in Germany. I enjoy skateboards and mechanical keyboards.
At $DAYJOB I develop a multiprocessor network stack based initially on OpenBSD, I've implemented things ranging from multi-threading device drivers, to RCU, synchornization primitives and lockless packet filtering and state synchronization mechanisms for high performance, high security firewalls.
At my spare time I dabble mostly in Ocaml, I've written network protocol libraries like DHCP and SSH which are both the default implementation in the MirageOS system. I also wrote OpenMDNS which is a MDNS/DNS-SD suite for *BSD systems. I used to be a committer in OpenBSD.
I'm the main author of https://github.com/mirage/awa-ssh and https://github.com/mirage/charrua
Currently I've been slowing down to take care of our son, but am working on a rogue-like library in Ocaml when I find the time.
If you like my work and/or benefit from it and would like to contribute something I'd be very glad, the proceedings will be used to guarantee we can spend more time with our son who has special needs.
