This tool provides LTE signal measurements including RSSI, RSRP, and RSRQ for a selected EARFCN and optionally a specific PCI. It extends the functionality of the existing example utilities by supporting structured JSON output, allowing integration with automation pipelines and external monitoring systems. Tested with USRP B210.
