chore: add .gitattributes to pin LF line endings - #34
Merged

Conversation
core.autocrlf=true produced "LF will be replaced by CRLF" warnings on every git operation. Pin all text files to LF (shell scripts always LF, Windows batch CRLF, binaries excluded) so endings are consistent regardless of local git config. The repo already stores LF, so this only normalizes checkout behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
core.autocrlf=truecausedLF will be replaced by CRLFwarnings on every git operation. This pins all text files to LF via.gitattributes(shell scripts always LF, Windows batch CRLF, binaries excluded). The repository already stores content as LF, so
git add --renormalize .changed 0 files — this only fixes checkout normalization and silences the warnings.Test plan
git add --renormalize .→ no content changes (repo already LF).gitattributescovers source, configs, shell scripts, and excludes binaries🤖 Generated with Claude Code
