feat(agy): add Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low/High) model mappings (#42) - #43

Follow-up to #39 (issue #38 comment): agy exposes Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low) and (High) in `agy models`, but #39 only mapped the Gemini 3.5 Flash trio. Add the two 3.1 Pro presets (Pro has no Medium variant). actual_model uses the exact display-name label agy resolves. Verified end-to-end: both labels resolve via agy (resolver "Propagating label=..."), test-model returns OK, and routing gemini-3.1-pro-high through /v1/chat/completions emits `agy --model "Gemini 3.1 Pro (High)" -p` (debug cliArgs).
